Build Clean are Australia’s leading specialists in after builders cleaning services,
with a fantastic reputation among some of the most well-established building companies across the country.
After builders cleaning is the clean that happens once your trades are off site and the build is structurally complete. It is the same job builders call a builders clean, a handover clean or a final clean. Build Clean delivers it with directly employed crews, never subcontractors, across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Window cleaning is included, inside and out, frames and tracks, and it is close to half the work on most projects. A full internal clean and glazing sits at $10 to $12 per square metre, confirmed after a site inspection.
Our professional after builders cleaning services incorporate defect detection and reporting, highlighting any small issues regarding damage or execution that might impede the overall quality of the product. The builders are immediately notified, giving you plenty of opportunity to remediate the issue. We carry this out using our in-house app, accompanied by images for visual reference. Nothing gets passed us when we’re carrying out after builders cleaning services!
As specialists in the construction industry, we take great pride in our ability to contribute to the outcome of your project. We know exactly how much detail and planning goes into every single one, having worked alongside prestigious Master Builders Award Winners. That’s why we always stick to tried and tested methods; going above and beyond the usual standards of cleaning for a premium outcome.
Our team would be happy to run you through the processes behind cleaning certain areas of the build. For example, with our bathroom cleans we:
- Buff away all the mortar and grout using a dry cloth.
- Polish all fixtures, right down to the chrome element of the drain for a sparkling finish.
- By this stage, our window cleaners will have already come through and tackled all glazed surfaces using a microfibre cloth and alcohol for a 100% streak-free clean.
One thing that really sets us apart in the after builders cleaning services industry is our commitment to growth. Our goal is to become the most trusted and widely recognised company in our field through consistent high-quality work, and willingness to learn & adapt with emerging technologies.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Build Clean, Sam and his Co-Director Jack have implemented a stringent training program to ensure every team member shares this company vision. Efficiency and sustainability lie at the forefront of our work, and we’ve never missed a single deadline to date! Here’s a word from the Directors:
“Our collaboration with clients and strong communication equals genuine enjoyment of our work and positive outcomes. Over the years we have worked with many great clients and trades which have led to strong ongoing relationships.”
There’s a reason only the best builders use us for their after builders cleaning services!
Our Detection and Reporting Process
Our detection and reporting system gives us a competitive edge when it comes to after builders cleaning. With a keen eye for detail, we asses every corner and crevice of the space to check for any defects.
The findings are recorded both visually and in report-form via our job app, which is forwarded on to the Project Manager at the end of our service. This includes minor things like cracks or chips, whereas larger issues like smashed windows are reported immediately to give your builders time to rectify the problem.
As specialists in construction cleaning, we’re well-informed of the safety parameters and Personal Protective Equipment required to carry out work in compliance with Safe Work Australia. Every job, regardless of scale, is attended to with the same level of caution and care to maintain our consistent reputation.
