How does your pricing work?
Send us your floor plans and elevations, or photos/video plus the approximate size of your project. We will return a preliminary price range with a standard scope within 24 hours. The estimate shows best case and worst case hours and price, with a fixed cap — you only pay for hours worked up to that cap. If it sits within your budget, we will book a site inspection to confirm scope, condition, and pricing.
Do you have a square metre rate?
We don’t price only by m², because glazing, features, access, and condition change the time and risk. As a rough guide for residential homes, developments, and renovation projects, typical ranges are $8–$10 per m² depending on condition and specs. Some custom homes are higher. For accuracy and value we still quote per job.

Who do you work for?
Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 commercial builders, custom residential builders, mass production builders, renovation builders, developers, shopfitters, architects, owner builders, private clients, subbies, and commercial businesses.
We are collectively working with 500+ builders across the country.
What areas do you service?
Metros: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide. We also service regional areas. For remote sites we include a transparent travel allowance so there are no surprises.
What do you need from me to quote?
Floor plans and elevations are preferred. If you don’t have these, send photos or a short video and any approximate square metre sizes. That lets us provide a solid preliminary price range fast.
How fast can I get a price?
Typically within 24 hours for a preliminary range. Site visits are booked quickly if needed.
Do you use subbies?
No. Our cleaners are directly employed and trained by Build Clean.
Can you clean high access windows & facades?
Yes. We can use poles, ladders, EWP, or arrange abseiling if absolutely necessary.
Do you work nights or weekends?
Yes, by arrangement. After hours and weekend work can attract different rates, and we confirm this upfront.
What certifications do your team hold?
Every team member holds a White Card and police clearance. Many also carry EWP, Working at Heights, Working With Children, and site-specific inductions such as Ventia. We assign ticketed staff to match your site.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $20 million Public Liability and industry-standard coverage. Certificates of currency are available on request.
What is included in a builders clean?
A typical scope includes:
- Fixed joinery, benchtops, fittings and fixtures
- Doors, door sets, handles and hardware
- Skirtings, architraves and trims
- Tiled walls and splashbacks
- Stainless steel features
- Bathrooms and kitchens, toilets, basins, showers, taps and fixtures
- All reachable horizontal surfaces dusted and wiped
- Floors vacuumed and detailed ready for handover
- Power points, switches and control panels
- Fans and light fittings where safely reachable
- Internal and external glazing to windows, doors and partitions
- Frames, sills, tracks and door hardware
- Skylights, shower screens and mirrors where applicable
- Balustrades, including spigots and fixtures
- Communication and plant rooms
- Balcony and terrace floor surfaces where applicable
