It was fantastic to be part of Schiavello’s refurbishment of the Margaret Grantham Building, part of the Lot Fourteen creation. Our works involved window cleaning, builders cleaning and machine scrubbing of internal and external floor surfaces.
Our window cleaners took care to clean the excess paint from existing window frames. Window cleaning is always conducted by our professional window cleaners and not sub-contracted. We do this to maintain consistency, reliability and continue to evolve as the market introduces new glazing styles.
Our builders cleaning time conducted their usual tasks but also incorporated high level dusting, cleaning of pillars and ceilings to remove build up residues and builders cleaning. Our builders cleaners also used machine scrubbing practices to revitalise the exiting floor surfaces. This practice is time consuming but leaves external floors looking fantastic.
