This project for Southern Cross Care involved our entire team to reach practical completion. This 111 bedroom facility incorporated apartment style living, hydrotherapy pool, commercial kitchens, hair dressing salons. We delivered builders cleaning and window cleaning services over a span of 7 weeks.
What does a construction window clean involve? Fortunately window cleaning could be conducted from scaffolding and our window cleaners worked with site supervisors to ensure we cleaned just before the scaffolding was removed, level by level. Our window cleaners then ventured inside the building to stay ahead of the builders cleaning team.
What does a builders clean involve? Our builders clean team cleaned every apartment once and locked the door behind them, ready for the supervisor to sign off. Once each apartment is completed and defect rectification is complete we conduct a final clean to ensure each apartment is presented in 100% perfection. After builders cleaning and final cleaning every apartment we moved to the commercial and communal areas of the building.
Both our builders cleaning and window cleaning teams worked closely with site supervisors to ensure we cleaned the correct areas in a staged fashion as to not clean faster than they could build.
