This project was stage 1 of a multi stage project at the Port Canal Shopping Centre, for Badge Constructions. It involved the use of builders cleaning and window cleaning teams to reach practical completion.
Initially we conducted high access window cleaning and builders cleaning to prepare the hard to reach areas for handover. We used elevated work platforms such as electric scissor lifts to clean various internal elements. We then continued cleaning the remaining glazing elements from ground and roof level.
Upon completing the window cleaning component our builders cleaning team started cleaning the bathrooms, cold shell tenancy’s and base building elements. Working along side sub-contractors is always an interesting mix but the team at badge were accomodating and enabled a smooth transition from construction to cleaning and handover.
