Sam excels in leadership as Director of Sales at Build Clean. Sam’s personal vision is to live more and waste less and his vision for Build Clean is have a positive impact on society. His dedication to high performance, efficiency and sustainability are testimony to his personal and organisational vision.
Sam's short term mission is for Build Clean to be recognised by industry bodies as one of ‘Australia's top 10 places to work’. In the company’s first year Sam and his team created an internal training & leadership program to elevate his team efficiently and effectively. Since, Sam has promoted internal staff to managerial positions who now conduct their own department meetings and actively create and promote leadership incentive programs.
Sam's long term mission is to elevate the lives of the average worker to live their most fulfilled life. Sam's dedication to employing the unemployed and creation of career pathways is a heart warming spectacle.
Although Sam places more emphasis on career pathways and service delivery than bottom line profit he has still doubled company revenue year over year. His plan for the coming year is to internally raise capital to fund a national expansion. Giving the company the opportunity to reduce the unemployment rate at a national level. A tangible, positive impact on society.
Sam has published his first book 'From You, To Two' which is a small business & entrepreneurship guide for tradespeople wanting to grow their company from sole trader to a team and beyond.
