FAQ's
Do I need perfect English?
No. Clear notes, photos, and willingness to learn matter most. Many of our managers improved their English in the role.
Can I try it first?
Yes. We run shadow weeks and short trials. You will see the role on real sites, meet the team, and get clear next steps.
How fast can I move?
Top performers have moved in 3–6 months. Most step up in 6–12 months. Promotions are based on performance, values, and reliability.
Will I still be on the tools?
Site Supervisors work mostly on the tools and step off when PMs need support. Project Managers are mostly off the tools and lead jobs end to end. Resource Managers are internal.
Do I get a Hilux and fuel?
Company vehicle and fuel are available for roles that require them and are subject to policy and availability. Your Director will confirm when you are appointed.
Are training and tickets paid?
Yes, relevant training and tickets are paid when approved. We also pay for agreed training time.
Do you support visas or residency?
Yes, case by case. Where business need and eligibility align, we have supported sponsorship and residency pathways.
Will Build Clean sponsor me?
High performers in critical roles who meet immigration requirements and internal criteria, strong performance, reliability, clean compliance, and a demonstrated long-term commitment will be considered for sponsorship. Speak with your Director.
Do I need to work full-time for these positions?
Yes. Site Supervisor, Project Manager, and Resource Manager are full-time roles with occasional after-hours needs.
Is there an opportunity to run my own Build Clean as a Managing Director?
Yes. The path is performance based. Learn the business, earn the team’s respect, and follow the pathway to Project Manager and beyond. Top PMs who lead teams, protect profits, and grow client portfolios can be considered for Director opportunities.
